Before Your Visit
Dr. Meyer requests that you download, fill out, and return via mail or fax the initial Intake Form prior to your first office visit so that your case may be reviewed and more time may be spent addressing your specific concerns at the time of your visit. Additionally, any recent laboratory work or diagnostic reports that you may be able to bring to the visit are very helpful.

What to Expect on Your First Visit
The first office visit consists of a comprehensive medical history taking and initial recommendations. This visit generally lasts between 90 minutes and two hours. Following the initial visit, Dr. Meyer spends time researching your case and further customizing a protocol specific to you and your individual needs.
Fee Schedule
Initial consult fee:
$250
*Includes a detailed history-taking visit and initial recommendations.
Return visits:
$85 per ½ hour (brief return visit)
$150 per hour (detailed return visit)
Acute care visits:
$150 per hour
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Cash, check, and major credit card payments are accepted.
Insurance
Insurance is not currently accepted. Please check with your insurance company regarding their policy on reimbursement for naturopathic or nutritional consultations as this may be an option with some plans.
Cancellation Policy
Kindly give 24-hours notice if you will be unable to make your appointment. There is an $85 cancellation fee applied for missed appointments.
