Before Your Visit
Dr. Meyer requests that you download, fill out, and return via mail or fax the initial Intake Form prior to your first office visit so that your case may be reviewed and more time may be spent addressing your specific concerns at the time of your visit. Additionally, any recent laboratory work or diagnostic reports that you may be able to bring to the visit are very helpful.

What to Expect on Your First Visit
The first office visit generally consists of a comprehensive medical history taking and generally lasts about one hour. Following the initial visit, Dr. Meyer spends time researching your case and customizing a protocol specific to you and your individual needs. She requests that you return in one week for a brief visit to review your plan.
Fee Schedule
Initial consult fee:
$200
*Includes one-hour history-taking visit, case research, and brief follow-up visit
Return visits:
$75 per ½ hour (brief return visit)
$150 per hour (detailed return visit)
Acute care visits:
$150 per hour
Constitutional Homeopathic intake:
$300
*Includes 90-minute history-taking visit, 30-minute follow-up visit, and a homeopathic remedy
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Cash, check, and major credit card payments are accepted.
Insurance
Insurance is not currently accepted. Please check with your insurance company regarding their policy on reimbursement for naturopathic or nutritional consultations as this may be an option with some plans.
